We are now accepting orders for our Spring Bouquet subscriptions. Based on the traditional CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model, customers pay up front for a “share” of the bounty. A win-win scenario, the subscription allows the farmer a cash flow to invest in infrastructure and needed tools and provides the buyer with the freshest possible flowers.

These bouquets will feature the best of what is currently growing on the farm – snapdragons, delphinium, stock, tulips and daffodils. Roses too.

The first week’s bouquets will include a clear glass vase. For subsequent weeks, flowers will be delivered in an eco wrap and kraft paper.

At Spy Goat, we offer two types of wedding services – A La Carte and Full-Service.

With a la carte, you choose your pieces and we create them from the freshest flowers currently available on the farm. We will do our best to work with your preferred color scheme but we cannot guarantee that a particular flower will be available for your given day. With this service, you pick up your flowers or we can deliver them for an additional charge. You will be provided with care tips on how to maintain and maximize the beauty of your blooms.

A La Carte is perfect for elopements, small ceremonies with a limited guest list, or to ease the workload of DIYers who want to lessen the stress of making everything.

Full-service weddings are just that. Luxury and abundance are the hallmark. With enough lead time, we can grow your specific floral choices, depending on the season. As a member of Slow Flowers, we grow seasonally, occasionally supplementing from other local growers but not ordering from non-domestic sources whose growing practices are often unsustainable.

When choosing a full-service offering, you can expect all ceremony and reception florals to be delivered and installed. Take down and clean-up is included. After meeting to discuss your special day, we will prepare an estimate and contract. A 30% deposit is required to hold your date and the balance is due thirty days prior to your wedding. Full-Service weddings require a minimum investment of $3500.

The best blooms of the current season are used to create a beautiful arrangement for any special occasion or just because. Delivery is available between Scotts Valley and Watsonville for an additional fee. We offer custom bouquets in two sizes - medium and large. If you would like something extra large or very petite, just ask!
